2. The benefit of doing this for you is that if the customer comes in later (up to 60
   days) without you and we sell them a French Brothers home, you still get paid!
3. We work directly with you to help your buyers find a home that fits their needs. We do this at your comfort level. We are available 7 days a week and are happy to assist you & your buyers. If your buyer should contact us, we include you in everything. If you prefer us to go directly through you for everything, we will gladly assist you in helping answer your buyer’s questions.
4. Once we have a signed agreement we help every step of the way to get the home closed. You receive your commission upon funding.
