New Home Warranty Service Inspections

The French Brothers Customer Care Team is an in-house, customer service team made up of industry professionals devoted to taking care of your warranty issues after you move into your brand-new home. Committed to proactively handling your maintenance needs, this team will contact you at both the 90-day and 12-month mark to address any outstanding details and perform a 40-point check-up on your home. These scheduled check-ups allow you to address any questions or concerns you may have shortly after move-in and before your one-year Builder’s Workmanship Warranty expires.

Maintenance Tips

  • Read all literature on your brand-new French Brothers home, including manufacturers’ manuals and warranties, systems warranties and the 10 year Structural Home Warranty. Download a copy of Warranty.
  • Perform routine maintenance on your home because neglect of routine maintenance can void applicable 10-year limited warranty coverage.
  • Activate specific manufacturer warranties by completing and mailing registration cards. Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond the period specified in your 10-year limited warranty.
  • Change the air filter in your heating and cooling system monthly to reduce wear and tear on the system.
