We know that there are choices when shopping for a new home. We want to be that choice. When you refer a potential homebuyer to our sales office directly or through our on-line registration program, we will register them as your referral. When a purchase agreement is signed and the home closes, you will not only be rewarded with the satisfaction of them enjoying their new French Brothers Home, but you will also receive $500 for your referral. The second time a home is closed by your referral you will receive $750, and the third time and thereafter (during a calendar year) you will receive $1,000. It is our way of saying thanks for helping us as well as your friend.
That’s all it takes. We do the rest. Our Sales Managers will inform you of when your referral initially registers. Next, when an agreement is signed and finally when the home closes. All you do is what comes naturally – express the satisfaction of owning a brand new French Brothers Home!

1. Eligibility: French Brothers Home owner, trade partner, friend or member of the community. No awards will be made to real estate agents/brokers or French Brothers Homes employees.
2. Verification: Upon receipt of either on-line registration or referral card being brought into the sales office, the sales manager will confirm with you your referrals registration.
