Guaranteed REALTOR^® Commission Program℠

• When a REALTOR^® has a Buyer interested in purchasing or building a brand-new French Brothers home, a real estate commission will be guaranteed in accordance with the following registration policies:

  1. REALTOR^® must accompany his/her Buyer on their first visit to one of our model home locations or sales offices, introduce them to a French Brothers representative and complete the Client Registration/Broker Protection form.

  2. Buyer must complete a Builder Agreement and all other related documents provided by French Brothers and the sale must be closed and funded.

• French Brothers will pay three percent (3%) of the agreement price to the sponsoring Broker upon closing and funding of the sale. If bonuses or other matters affecting commission are relevant, these items will be disclosed to the REALTOR^® at the time the REALTOR^® registers the Buyer.

• French Brothers will guarantee commissions to REALTORS^® or Brokers who are the procuring cause of a sale. REALTORS^® must fulfill the requirements set forth above. In the event a REALTOR^® or real estate broker is working with a Buyer and does not accompany him/her on the first visit to the model home or sales office, but rather the Buyer visits on his/her own, REALTOR^® or Broker shall not be considered the procuring cause of the sale and shall not be eligible for a professional service fee in accordance with the Guaranteed REALTOR^® Commission Program℠.
